Shipping and Returns


  • We have all of the products listed in stock on our shelves and typically ship them out the next business day.
  • All orders will be shipped through UPS, USPS, or Fedex and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped! 
  • Due to GW policy all orders can only be shipped to the USA. 
  • Due to the nature of us having a physical store (that's awesome, come visit!) in addition to the webstore, sometimes our inventory system has a hiccup when things don't sync correctly. In the event that we don't have an item to ship to you we will contact you immediately and do our best to make it right.

Return Policy

  • All returns require approval, please e-mail for approval before sending back merchandise.
  • We will accept returns on all unopened products within 14 days of delivery. We do not cover shipping costs on returns.
  • Returns over the 14 day period may still be approved, but will only be issued in store credit, and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
