This event will have a capacity of 60 players. In the event that all spots are filled, a waitlist will be started on a first come first served basis.

About the Event

Welcome to “The Ring Goes South” a grand tournament for the Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game, brought to you by the Florida MESBG Community in conjunction with Warpfire Games and the Southeastern Middle Earth Gaming League  

Tournament organizers: David Diaz, Eric Adams, Joe Alogna

Dates: June 28th - 29th, 2025

Location: Warpfire Minis; 1635 N Magnolia Ave, Ocala, FL 34475

Points: 800

 

Cost:  $21 to be paid to Warpfire in-store the day of the tournament. Of the $21, $20 will go toward prize support in the form of store credit. The other $1 will go toward covering the SMEGL funds. Ask your SMEGL representative what this is if you have questions.

 

List Submission: Lists should be submitted via Tabletop Admiral no later than June 22, 2025. Please submit your list through the “List Submission” section of the Tabletop Admiral event page, the same website through which players will register for the event. Only army lists from the Armies of The Hobbit and Armies of the Lord of the Rings books and the Agmar PDF.

 

Paint requirement: There is no paint requirement for this event, but it is strongly encouraged.
